PostHeaderIcon What kind of financial investment is involved in buying a 5 Guys hamburger restaurant franchise?

Interested in buying a franchies/opening one in Charlotte NC, what does one cost total?

I’m not sure about exact numbers but in the 10’s of thousands. Most franchises cost 100k+ because of equipement, advertising, and other services involved. 5 guys is a great restaurant, if you have the cash, go for it.

PostHeaderIcon how to draft a franchise agreement for food and beversges company?

my company has the idea of doing a food and beverages company, then we are going to franchise this type of idea.this company will have the concept of fast food baverages.

For franchising information, it is imperative that you contact a business lawyer.

They will be able to draft agreements as well as instruct you on matters such as incorporation, insurance, and any possible copyright or trademark infringements that your company may encounter.

Good Luck with this endeavor.

PostHeaderIcon What kind of franchise (fast-food) is the best to open if you want a high success rate?

Fast food restaurants that are only popular in North America!

The kind isn’t as important as the location. You could open the best fast-food restaurant on earth, but if you put it in a dingy strip mall next to a bunch of retirement homes, you’ll be closed within the year.

Meanwhile, put anything next to a mid- to major intersection, or a business area, or a school, and you’re set.

PostHeaderIcon getting hired to do restaurant inspections for a big franchise and check on their franchised stores, how much?

I am going to be doing between 20 to 35 inspections per month, do routine monthly inspections on each of their restaurants that are franchised. like food, cleanliness, operations, etc. How much do you think I should be asking for each restaurant inspection?
I was thinking $60 or $70 per store. It takes around 2 hours or maybe even longer. I appreciate your help, again this is for a big 5000 restaurant Sub franchise.
Thanks

Will be more like 25-35/store

PostHeaderIcon i watched a very touching video about how they get meat from animals for some franchise fast food companies?

Hello,
i was shocked and sad when someone sent me a video about how they torture the cow to get its meat for some food chain restaurants (fast food franchising). they put the animal ALIVE in the shredding machine.
the meat is a result of the mix of all his organs and tissues (bones, skin, inner organs…)
it was so aggressive and devilish. very touching.
I won’t eat meat when an animal is tortured that way.
is that true what i saw????
please tell it’s not always the case

I think those types of videos are made by Peta or similar organisations to straighten their warped mentality.

If that was to occur within the industry it would be in all of the papers and splashed across the news media.

Most meat processing plants are strictly controlled by regulations.
Unfortunately the inspectors don’t seem to get around all of the plants often enough.
