ARBY’S!!! Why? because They give u really good benifits! I kno cause I work there!
Is it legal for a franchise restaurant to withold nutrition information?
I know a restaurant chain who repeatedly refuses to provide nutritional information when asked. For years, this company has given everyone the runaround. Being a franchise owner myself, I was told that I must have nutrition information about our food available upon request. My question is whether or not it is legal for a fast-food franchise to repeatedly refuse to provide nutritional values for their products. Who regulates this kind of thing? To whose attention should this be brought? It is a national chain, not some local mom-and-pop store.
No this is not Legal I work in a restaurant chain and we MUST provide any customer who asks for it nutritional information. If this is a chain then I suggest you call head office and speak to someone higher up on the ladder.
What are the common mistakes people make when buying into a fast food restaurant franchise?
What are the universal No No’s when buying a restaurant franchise? I am interested in being a business owner. I am tired of making my employer rich. I only have a first mortgage on my home – can that home still be used as collateral with a first mortg. on it? There is about $16K equity in the home currently. Or do I pull cash out of the home (refi) for business start up $ What is the best fast food restaurant franchise to buy? Please inform.
1. ALWAYS get a job in the franchise you want to buy into. That way you find out if you have the temperment to do it and then you can listen to the current owner’s gripes.
2. Do not finance the franchise by refinancing your house.
How can I invest in a fast food franchise.?
I am looking for a group of investors who would be willing form a partnership to start and run a fast food restaurant or possibly allow me to "buy in" to an already exsisting group.
Where can I find more information about this or where can I look to find a group in my area?
I’m really confused……. you are saying that you both want to invest in a fast food franchise, and also find other investors to invest in your fast food franchise.
Your easiest and best options are always to either buy publicly traded stocks of companies like McDonalds, KFC, etc, or open your own franchise if you have $250,000+ laying around. Groups typically don’t own fast food franchises, individuals do.
Best way to bring customers to a local franchise restaurant?
I am looking to increase my customer count to a local franchise restaurant. Can you guys please share cost effective method of advertisement?
participating in local events and donating to your communities schools will do the trick! especially if you are located in a small community.
For example in my town there is a coffee stand that does nothing but reach out to their community. They donated basketball carts to the high school, donated gift certificates to various raffles and community events and even have fun events like $1 days where everything is $1 for the entire day. they are just an awesome place and super friendly!
if you involved your business more in the community, community members would support you as well. donating certificates to local raffles or drawings brings in new, first-time customers to your place. Support the city schools by helping purchase sports equipment or donate to a specific program in the schools. If your restaurant is a big supporter of the community, everyone will support the restaurant!
Is it possible to make $10,000+ weekly if u open up a small food franchise?
a friend of mine is opening up a food franchise and he is insisting that he will make $10,000+ weekly upon opening his business next month… I told him that he will eventually make that money but not at the beginning… he thinks he is going to roll in the dough within weeks of opening his first business. what do u think?
Every business person knows that everything is based on this one concept :Supply & Demand….with this understanding how can a newly opened business unknown to the neighborhood have such great demand?
The business needs to acclimate to it’s location.
If a new fast food franchise was to open. What kind of foods would you like them to serve?
I am just curious as to what people would like to be served. Not the usual, like hamburgers, and fries.Something diffrent.I think it would be cool to have a fast food health shake drive through, lol.Shakes blended out of fruits. What would you like?
Nothing is worse than when your on the road and wanting a quick bite to eat… You look around and all you see is burger places. I would love to see a fast food place that serves healthier combos with sandwiches, fruit, veggies, etc. All at a good price too! I know that some current chains are trying to serve these items but I still don’t like the fact that my salad was served from the same line that a bigmac came from!
What are the government regulation requirements to open a franchise restaurant in California?
Im talking
1. FDA regulations such as safety, hygiene and everything else needed to open a restaurant.
Im talking about the government stuff.
Where can I find some info on these such as forms that needs to be filled out.
and since this is a franchise, will they hanfle all of these?
Go to http://www.uspto.gov/ it is the United States Patent and Trademark Office and will have all the forms you will need and added info. Also check out "California Secretary of State-Filings & Forms" and http://www.calegislature.org/legsrv-bills/index.do. How long does it take to open a Fast Food Franchise?
I am a student and for part of my project I need to find out how long would it take to open a Fast food franchise. From the time you apply tell your company is ready to sale food.
it all depends on the type of franchise . Some are easier and less time sensitive than others . It mostly depends on the menu choice. A Red Lobster will take the better part of the year but a Taco Johns could be ready in a couple of months . The locations the type of building ,( whether you have a kiosk in a mall or a free standing building) will add or sub tract the time to completion. There are other factors such as money that is available , permits needed, how motivated the construction crew is,problems with the site that are encountered.I have seen building projects that have taken 2 years to complete when they should have been done in 6 months , and I have seen muiti million dollar multi functional complexes finshed in as little as 100 days.
I am considering a Fast FOOD FRanchise or Commercial Realestate?
Hi, my father and i have been in search for a business opportunity since the last 5 years. We have savings of about $65000. We need to know how we can get into a franchise fast food business with that kind of Capital. My father has excellent credit. we are looking for the usuall Low startup costs and high Return on Equity. We live in Los ANgeles so if you have any suggestions pls divulge your knowledge. THank you very much.
How about starting up a donut and coffee shop somewhere in downtown LA. Like in the Financial district so you always have people coming for more coffee and donuts. THat is what i will do if i had that kinda money and credit.
I would personally wont do anything related to realestate right now. THe prices of real estates are soaring and many mortgage brokers have lost their jobs. You would need to take lots of caluculated risks in it . Sometimes you will be sucessfully, sometimes not so you should be ready to belive that.
Do people in LA like soups? Then you should try San Francisco Soup Company. Its nice and again you should be located either in the shopping, fashion or financial district of your downtown.
How about subway? But last time when i enquired about it for a friend they said it costs more than 65grand so i am not sure but its an 100% guranteed sucessfull business.
Chipotle or Bajafresh, Both are excellent fast food mexian restaurants. Popular and prefrred than any other mexian joint.
If you are ok with the smell of spices and the greasiness then you should seriously consider opeing up an INDO-Chinese Restaurant. Its basically Chinese fast food with some dishes cooked in Indian Style. There is a lot of demand for that kinda food here in Bay Area.
Or just plain chinese fast food.
