In order to franchise you need to have a unique concept that works well and most importantly your name has to be very recognizeable in the community. You will have to have an attorney protect your concept. Then you will need to offer a operations guide, recipes, and standardized training so that the franchises are a true duplication of your original idea. There are some great books on franchizing, look up the subject on Amazon.com.

Consider that most of the cashiers, cooks, servers and other staff last for at most a year, occasionally longer. Some are just summer staff or casual/special events. Why do they do this? To deceive? It is also not an ideal job or career. E.g. some retired people and housewives work at diners for extra money as well as college students.
Management and supervisory roles can most certainly be careers. The idea is to work your way up tfrom cashier, cook, etc. to positions such as manager or supervisor.

Is there any company such as fast food franchise co. finance the rest,if they require more funds than what I have?
I think you need a million in liquid assets to get a McD’s. But the sub chains like Subway, Quizno’s, and such, are closer to that price range you mentioned. Those companies have a list of banks that are franchise friendly, but the end result of financing will be relevant to your credit history.
