Which fast food restaurant do you think is more unhealthy?
ok well i was watching this documentary in health class and it was basically talking about how Mcdonalds was very unhealthy and killing alot of people and making them sick and so on..i been stopped eating Mcdonalds way before i even saw that documentary anyways. But Chick-Fil-A is my most favorite fast food restaurant and if you dont know what it is its a fast food franchise that serves like mostly fried chicken meals and is extremely delicious!!(: but do you think think that Chick-Fil-A is more healthier than Mcdonalds?
Yes I do. Chicken is generally a more healthy food than burgers. I think both KFC and Chi-Fil-A are healthier than McDonalds.

Mickey Ds is more unhealthy than Chick Fil A

to be honest you can eat anything in moderation… cabbage is healthy but if you only ate cabbage it would eventually kill you…so as long as you don’t eat too much you are find to eat pretty much any food

i would think that Chick fila takes more precation in choosing better ingredients and oils to fry their foods in. For example, they only use peanut oil…and miccy ds is so trifling, they may be frying stuff in phamaldihide…

Well they are all fried foods, try eating at subway, really great.

It’s not about the store, it’s about what you buy. If it’s greasy, fatty chicken with a side of carbs, it’s probably the same, if not worse than McDonalds.

as long as you eat it in moderation its not that unhealthy, but never ask for the secret sauce

Chick-Fil-A defiantly has more healthy options than McDonald’s, though I am not sure EVERYTHING there is healthier than McDonald’s. I you want to focus on eating more healthy food at Chick-Fil-A, try the grilled chicken sandwich and a side of fruit instead. the sandwich only has about 270 calories and the fruit cup 70, and it is so filling. I get it every time I go and I think the grilled chicken has a better favor than the breaded chicken.

McDonalds is definitely healthier. Since things like Supersize Me and other health related programmes have been focusing on McDonalds they have had to change heaps about their menu and where they get their ingredients from – and they are under heavy scrutiny all the time. So they are generally healthier than other fast food places.

No, they are both bad for you. It is like asking which is colder, Siberia or Antarctica.

Any restaurant that sells any kind of fast food, as in deep fried food, isn’t good for you. There are too many ways that question depends on circumstances to answer. If you eat at any fast food joint, once in awhile than it’s not going to be bad for you. If you’re there every day eating all that deep fried food, it’s going to make you sick, eventually. It doesn’t matter if it’s Mc Donalds or Chick-fil-a.

I am health concious too. McDonalds makes me sick, but I <3 Chick-Fil-A. It is healthier than McDonalds and healthier than many fast food restraunts. It is not healthy; but healthier. I eat there about once every 1-2 months.

I think Chick-fil-a’s probably healthier, because how many times do you hear that it’s UNHEALTHY? Well, I just haven’t heard anyone say that. Anyway, even though I love McDonalds a lot more, I think the healthier fast food place is Chick-fil-a. But that doesn’t always mean that it’s COMPLETELY healthy, just healthier.

I’m afraid you’ve been misled. Not one of the fast food chains serves unhealthy food. What’s unhealthy about their food is people who consume it do not bother to count calories or fats, and they gobble from four to nine times – that’s right, nine times – the volume of that food that’s good for them at one meal, and they do it again and again and again. If I bake and sell cupcakes, it is not my fault if you buy and gobble two, four, or even six of them – but some whining birdbrain will blame me! That’s what happens with the fast food industry – even though you and you alone are ultimately responsible for what you put in your mouth. And the bit about McDonald’s? That’s propaganda courtesy of the terrorist organization calling itself PETA….

Chick Fil A is healthier than McDonalds by a big margin.

if i had to pick one i would say mcdonalds, due to the amount of beef on the menu. their newest burgurs actually have trans fat which is nasty stuff in any quantity. even the grilled chicken in their salads is LOADED with salt. however, the product at chik fil a is primarily fried. as long as chik fil a is frying in a cholesterol free oil and your meal has a minimum amount of condiments, is without skin AND you skip a sweetened beverage, overall chik fil a is healthier.
