I have a fast food business, How do i make a franchise of it?,?

Actually i have a fast food but i´m interested in expand/grow the business. I have noticed that one of the best way to do it is making a franchise, but I do not know nothing about it. I need all the help you can provide me. How to start, what to do, how to do, i mean everything. Thanks in advance. Cesar

In order to franchise you need to have a unique concept that works well and most importantly your name has to be very recognizeable in the community. You will have to have an attorney protect your concept. Then you will need to offer a operations guide, recipes, and standardized training so that the franchises are a true duplication of your original idea.
