		<description>Right now there are many states that have that issue currently in legislation.  As far as the FDA, the only time that nutritional information has to be available is if they are making a certain health claim.  For instance is they are claiming a menu item is low-fat or low-calorie etc.

I&#039;m not sure what restaurant you are talking about, but I know that Quiznos does not supply nutritional information in their stores or online.  That has always annoyed me.  I want to know what I am eating, so I won&#039;t ever eat there because of that.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
